Experience Group Travel is a loyal supporter and sponsor of the Blues Super Rugby Franchise and looks after the annual Blues Sponsors trip which coincides with a Blues match against an Australian Super Rugby team. 

Experience Group Travel has hosted between 40- 50 Blues Sponsors annually to Australian destinations such as Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide depending on where the Blues Super Rugby team are playing.

Experience Group Travel liaises with the Blues Sponsorship Manager each year to look at the sponsorship objectives of that year, budget and suggested options and/or destinations as required.. Together we plan a fantastic itinerary over three days capturing the essence of each city visited, creating a memorable and unique travel programme for the Blues sponsors which deliver results.

Experience Group Travel provides:

• Management of the logistics, itineraries & any personal travel extensions of the group at the time;
• Travel documentation & travel accessories to go into the sponsors goodie bags;
• Flight bookings;
• Hotel accommodations in the team hotel where the Blues team & management stay;
• Meet & greet cocktail function with the Blues Super Rugby team & management on arrival;
• Prematch hosting at the relevant stadium in a private suite;
• All coach transfers and activity transfers;
• Full event management and onsite hosting guidance;
• Onsite local travel guides to make sure the sponsors get the most out of each trip; 
• A full outline of activities to suit a variety of interests the day prior to the match are planned; 
• Previous activities have included:
