British & Irish Lions Tour 2005, New Zealand
Over a two-year project timeframe, we were contracted to New Zealand Rugby and were responsible for developing, implementing, managing and delivering the British & Irish Lions Tour to New Zealand and its hospitality programme in 2005.

Over the 24-month period, the project culminated in a six week event involving 11 matches throughout New Zealand. We sold and delivered full corporate hospitality to 48,000 guests over that time.
The three test matches (held in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland) hosted 11,000, 12,000 and 17,000 corporate clients respectively at these matches. This involved a minimum of over 15 different event locations, ranging from formal, seated function venues through to relaxed large-scale 2,000 plus guest marques, fully product themed and delivered to a New Zealand 'Rugby Club' concept.
The hospitality programme was a commercial success and is still talked about today by many of the guests who attended, as well as the broader rugby fraternity.
